HOW TO FIND YOURSELF

how-to-find-yourself

In the darkness deep within, there is a pit of misery and despair that every person on this planet has or will reach at one point of their life.

That darkness is always present in our lives until we learn to embrace it, except it and integrate it into our light.

There can’t be dark without the light you know.

In that despair if you linger for a while, you will find a tiny spark giving you a hand, helping you to navigate your way through.

That tiny spark of light is your soul, waiting to be discovered and awakened.

And if you dare to take on that call, your life will never be the same again. You will reach the heights you never knew existed.

You can live your best life, but you can also stay in that pit of misery and despair totally ignoring the light.

The choice is yours. You are given a free will to do whatever you want.

It also starts with a simple question who am I?

When you start noticing that the world, we live in makes no sense, and you start to question your own existence, your journey begins.

And what a journey it is.

It can last for years until you start seeing improvements in your life and you still might not be aware of what’s going on.

Don’t let that discourage you in your quest.

The dark night of the soul is probably the worst thing a person can experience on their journey to enlightenment.

You must face yourself, your biggest fears, your traumas, your supressed self that has fallen into unconscious and embrace it, acknowledge that, that is also you and then let that part of you come out, except your own creation and finally integrate it into your new self.

Are you ready to do that?

Are you ready to take a plunge?

Know thyself and only then you can truly know anyone else.

Or in the words of Sigmund Freud “until you make the unconscious conscious, it will control your life and you will call it fate.

All the knowledge is within you, and you are wasting your time by looking outside of you.

So, if you feel lost right now and nothing makes sense to you anymore, start asking questions to yourself and you will find all the answers deep within.

The best way to find yourself is to lose yourself first.
